Hello, my name is Sarah and I am here to support you on your journey to health and wellbeing. I have a passion for women's health, with a special interest in the menopause. My own experiences of navigating perimenopause have given me an insight into the difficulties women can face at this stage of life. I am here to help you take control of your symptoms and enjoy your 'second spring'.

For many years I suffered with endometriosis; causing me lots of pain, affecting my mental health and leaving me infertile. My consultant told me that aside from invasive surgery which would most likely be ineffective, there was nothing that could be done other than pop painkillers and wait for menopause. I left that appointment feeling disheartened, surely there must be a better way? So, I set about doing my own research, which led me to nutritional therapy. I am pleased to say that I no longer have any symptoms of endometriosis and I haven’t visited the consultant since that last appointment many years ago. In fact, my physical and mental health is the best it has ever been.

My own success with nutritional therapy sparked a desire to help others take control of their health. I have studied Biomedicine and Naturopathic Nutrition for three years at the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine, qualifying as a nutritional therapist in 2020. I am registered with the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners), and GNC (General Naturopathic Council). I am also a qualified Menopause Wellbeing Practitioner.

I believe that sometimes, the smallest changes can make the biggest difference. I do not subscribe to ‘one size fits all’ plans, and I certainly do not want you to feel deprived of the food you love.

I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your health and wellbeing goals.
